Who may avail of the Service?
Any person, office, personal or any juridical personality owned or leased/rented a certain property whose water connection with Lemery Water District has been disconnected voluntarily/requested or due to default in payment of an obligation.

What are the Requirements?
Note: When inspection is approved, the client shall bring with him a photocopy of any valid ID (Government Issued ID/Valid Passport/Company ID)

One to Three (1-3) working days
