Any person, office, personal or any juridical personality owned or leased/rented a dwelling unit or commercial building or office space within the service area.
What are the Requirements?
For application for New Service Connection
- Photocopy of Proof of Ownership (Land Title/Deed of Absolute Sale/Deed of Donation/Authority to Move-in/Transfer Certificate of Title/Contract of Sale
- Photocopy of any valid ID (Government Issued ID/Valid Passport/Company ID)
